Joe transitioned into his current role as Chief Executive Officer mid-2015 and brings over 20 years of experience in building business, creating culture and driving positive outcomes at both start-up and established companies.
He successfully built the revenue models for SaaS and media companies that were targeted and eventually acquired. Joe recognizes the power of technology to solve healthcare's greatest challenges and brought similar technology-led transformations into a number of industries, including intellectual property, financial services and media. In his free time, Joe can be seen running along NYC's west side pathways and coaching championship girls' fast pitch softball teams.

Geoff heads openDoctor's client services team, working to ensure client success and satisfaction from implementation through post-live support. Prior to joining the openDoctor team, he spent six years at Epic Systems leading complex, enterprise-wide EMR implementations and working with some of the nation's most prestigious medical centers on transformative IT projects.
A native of New Hampshire, Geoff studied economics and political science at Colby College. When not in the office, you can find Geoff running, reading, and playing with his dog.

Oliver has served as CTO since early 2011, and continually transforms our clients' needs into well-designed, easy-to-use software applications. He has spent more than 14 years building automation and integration software solutions for the healthcare and financial services industries.
He has built systems for healthcare payments and claims processing, and is keenly aware of the system requirements underscoring such complex, voluminous and time-sensitive business processes. Oliver has held various management roles, and brings both a technical and business perspective to our product development process.

Austin joined openDoctor to build out the healthcare systems channel. He has over 12 years experience in the healthcare industry in both business development with SaaS and telemedicine systems as well as patient care.
Stemming from his own health adversity experiences, Austin has developed a passion for health innovation through increased patient access. He has seen transformation in the industry first-hand and understands the need for healthcare systems to innovate in order to improve efficiency. Austin attended Aurora University where he was both a football and track and field team captain. In his spare time, he is an avid weight lifter and community volunteer.

Uma is responsible for planning and executing the openDoctor product roadmap and the implementation of new system features. She manages the product development process from the concept stage through to design, including the build, release, analysis and iteration phases.
Uma acts as a liaison between different departments to keep projects moving along smoothly. Uma loves working in a team environment and meeting new people whenever she can. She lives in Mumbai with her husband and son.

Steve works closely with our clients on system implementations. His role includes preparing pre-exam questionnaires and mapping out the scheduling process for the development team.
Steve also conducts regular client trainings and handles regular client inquiries. Steve studied Criminal Justice at Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire where he played ice hockey. He is a health and fitness enthusiast and a huge fan of both the Jets and the Rangers.
